1. Why don't you offer RTL mode?

The demand for RTL (Right-to-Left) mode comes primarily from a few countries and users. We believe that teams requiring RTL compatibility generally have the experience to migrate to an RTL-compatible mode on their own. Implementing RTL mode for all users would compromise the experience for those accustomed to traditional CSS.

2. Why don't you provide atomic component packaging like Shadcn?

Tailsee is a design-first, flexible code snippet library with many implementations that feature complex animation sequences and unique scenarios. These might only be used in specific parts of your project. Packaging such components often caters to more common scenarios, which can limit flexibility and increase complexity. For components that do require packaging, you can easily integrate Tailsee's code snippets into your project by following packaging patterns like Shadcn's or your previous project structures. When designing component abstractions, it's essential to balance the level of abstraction with actual needs to ensure the packaging simplifies development without compromising maintainability or performance.

3. Do you offer technical support?

Yes, we provide unlimited technical support and actively respond to all user questions and feedback. You can contact us via social media or email, but we do not accommodate custom development requests for your specific code.

1. What's the difference between the Personal and Team versions?

The Personal version is limited to individual developers and is suitable for personal projects. The Team version has a user limit based on the number of licenses purchased. For example, if you purchase five team licenses, up to five developers can use them simultaneously. If you need to increase the number of users, you can upgrade or purchase additional licenses at any time.

2. Do you offer refunds after purchase?

Since we sell digital products, which cannot be revoked once delivered, we do not offer refunds after purchase. We recommend reviewing the product demos and documentation thoroughly before buying to ensure it meets your needs.

3. Can I resell or share templates and components?

No, according to our terms of use, the templates and components you purchase can only be used for your personal or team projects. Reselling, sharing, or distributing them to others is not permitted.

5. Will the products be maintained long-term? Do I need to repurchase updates?

All components and templates are sold with a one-time purchase and come with a lifetime license. You only need to pay once to use the product indefinitely in your projects. We are committed to long-term maintenance of our products. Our component and template libraries will continue to evolve, ensuring they align with the latest front-end development best practices and trends. You can confidently use our products, knowing they will receive ongoing support and updates. We also periodically archive older versions for long-term projects that require maintaining older code.

6. Do you offer discounts or promotional events?

The duration of discounts and promotions typically ranges from 1 to 2 weeks, and we notify users in advance through email and website announcements.
